Croudace Properties have welcomed three new tenants to Lloyds Court.
Jet Masterclass, a flight training school, have taken unit C18; a 2,800 sq ft industrial unit, to house their state of the art flight simulators. The unit is being fitted out to provide two new simulators, a classroom, office accommodation and a ‘Pilot Relaxation Station’.
Ohana Group, an interiors and construction company, have taken units C10 and C11 comprising approximately 1,900 sq ft of workshop space.
Corniche Builders have moved from Croydon to Crawley and taken unit A2, a 1,600 sq ft two storey office / workshop premises
“These new occupiers have either outgrown their existing premise, or chosen to relocate to Crawley” said Aaron Glover of Croudace Properties. “As seen with other recent lettings here at Lloyds Court, options for smaller occupiers locally remain limited and expensive. Lloyds Court provides a good mix of sizes and accommodation suitable for a variety of uses”.
