Croudace Properties has sold a prominent office development in central Reading to Boultbee Brooks Real Estate.
Croudace secured planning consent for the Broadway Malyan design in early 2016. When implemented, two new floors will expand the building from 10,000 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft, whilst the new façade includes full height, curved feature glass providing a striking new look.
The property, situated on Greyfriars Road, is adjacent to the new Station Hill Scheme – a leading regeneration project within the M4 corridor providing 300 plus homes, new shops and 1m sq ft of offices.
