Croudace Properties has sold 71 – 73 Carter Lane London EC4, in an off-market transaction.
The property comprises 14,000 sq ft of modern air conditioned office accommodation, which also has the benefit of a recently granted planning permission for an extension to provide an additional 2,600 sq ft on new 4th and 5th floors.
