Croudace Properties has returned to the London market with the acquisition of the freehold interest at 80 Clerkenwell Road, London EC1. The property is on a very prominent corner of St John Street, the heart of Clerkenwell.
The 11,000 sq ft office building is let on a short term lease. Croudace are planning to refurbish the building to return it to Grade A quality with Clerkenwell style.
