Another long-standing tenant at Chiswick Gate, Accent Marketing & Research Limited, has renewed its lease. The new headline rent achieved in August has been reflected in the new ten year lease on the ground floor premises.
Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties said “We are very pleased that a third tenant has decided to renew their lease at Chiswick Gate since our purchase in 2010. We have carried out substantial refurbishment works to the common parts of the building and it is rewarding that existing tenants see this benefit and want to stay in occupation at the higher rent levels”.
