Croudace Properties has completed the letting of 28a Staines Road, Hounslow to independent pizza restaurant and takeaway, Papa’s Pizza. The ground floor A3 unit is part of a Croudace Properties development that includes a 144 bedroom Ibis Budget hotel and a Tesco Express.
Papa’s Pizza has taken the A3 unit on a 25 year lease. The unit was in an undeveloped shell condition at completion of the letting and has been completely fitted out by the tenant, from shop front to pizza oven, to provide a brand new restaurant and takeaway facility.
“It is exciting to have secured an A3 user” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “This completes our development and brings an excellent facility to both the hotel residents and the wider Hounslow community”.
