Croudace Properties has completed the sale of Mekon House, Sutton.
The building provides circa 5,000 sq ft arranged over three floors, and a small retail premises. There is significant onsite parking and the property is conveniently located just a short walk from Sutton Town Centre.
Croudace’s Aaron Glover relates, “We wanted to dispose of Mekon House as part of the continuing rationalisation of our portfolio. The existing tenant of the offices was keen to purchase the building. The sale price was at a premium to our book value, so it was a good transaction for us both.”
