DECEMBER 2012 Croudace Properties has completed an extensive refurbishment project of the common areas and the first floor office space at Chiswick Gate using Novus Interiors as the main contractor.
A new bright and modern reception area with secure CCTV controlled access control leads into a well-lit stairway and landings. Each floor of the four storey multi-let office building now has its own identity with a feature wall. Completely new oak and tiled washrooms complete the refurbishment.
The 3,531 sq ft first floor office has also been completely refurbished with a sharp and modern metal ceiling incorporating LG7 compliant lighting, new carpets and all new oak doors. This suite is now available to let.
