Croudace Properties has completed the sale of Maybrook House, Dover to a local investor by way of auction.
Providing 22,000 sqft of office accommodation, with a large adjacent car park, this landmark building was constructed by the company in the 1970s. Through active hands on management the property has remained the premier office building in the town centre for over 3 decades producing a high yield throughout.
