Croudace Properties has sold the freehold interest in a modern 9,500 sq ft industrial unit with high office content at Barnett Way, Gloucester, to an owner-occupier. The property is detached on its own plot with excellent parking in the established commercial area of Barnwood Fields.
The transaction was facilitated by a simultaneous surrender of an existing occupational lease as the property was surplus to the tenant’s requirements.
