Arena Wealth has taken a new lease on its premises at Chiswick Gate. The rent has set a new record high for the building and reflects rental movement in the Chiswick market over the last year.
Croudace Properties senior surveyor Alison Skelly dealt with the transaction: "We purchased Chiswick Gate in December 2010 despite the fact that the tenants' leases were all close to expiry. Our confidence in Chiswick as an office location has been confirmed by the falling supply of office space and rising rents. We are delighted to have retained Arena Wealth as our Tenant and we look forward to renewing other lettings in the building as the leases expire."
