Croudace Properties has completed the sale of Tricon House, Sevenoaks to a local owner-occupier.
The attractive 3,500 sq ft two storey building is conveniently positioned in the town centre and includes on-site parking.
“We were delighted with the offers received,” said Aaron Glover of Croudace. “Two 25 year leases were shortly to come to an end and this allowed us to take advantage of the strong demand from owner-occupiers in an area where a prolonged absence of supply has ensured prices have remained strong despite the wider UK economic problems.”
