The enquiry from Graham’s coincided with a surrender request from the previous tenant. “We were fortunate to receive interest from such a good covenant as the previous tenant requested to vacate the unit. We are very happy that we were able to complete a seamless transaction from the old to new tenant and secure a new rent level for the estate” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “Barnwood Point remains at full occupancy and is a strong performer within our portfolio”.
