Croudace Properties has sold a prominent office in central Birmingham to AEW Real Estate.
Cavendish House is situated on Waterloo Street, centrally located just off Cathedral Square and comprises approximately 30,000 sq ft of modern office accommodation, set behind an attractive 1920s Art Deco façade.
Croudace refurbished all common parts, installed new communal facilities, and drove record lettings as a result.

The meeting rooms and break out spaces we created raised its profile locally and lead to significant new lettings. There is continued strong investor and tenant demand for good quality office space in central Birmingham which has allowed us to sell, with the proceeds being recycled into other opportunities”.
