Another new letting has completed at Lloyds Court after a short void period of only one month. Handybe have taken 2,788 sq.ft. of warehouse space on a 5 year lease.
“We have had quite a few transactions take place at Lloyds Court in 2022, both lease renewals and new lettings and we are very pleased to see the demand remains for these small flexible units with very short void periods, if at all between occupiers. Rents have continued to rise since our purchase of the Estate in 2016 and we are delighted with this investment” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties.
