Having successfully created, refurbished and let the two new ground floor suites at Endeavour House during 2021 we continued the same design concept to the first floor. The first floor was split into two new suites measuring 1,896 sq.ft. and 4,361 sq.ft. A kitchen was fitted to each suite, with the larger suite also having the benefit of an extended break out area. Each suite has two dedicated electric vehicle charging points in the car park.
The larger suite was let to WS Audiology, who trade as Signia, a specialist hearing aid producer and supplier, in January 2022. Signia are delighted with their new offices and undertook a comprehensive fit out with all new furniture to provide their employees with a first rate office space.
