When a tenant went into administration at Lloyds Court we were delighted with the immediate request from the occupier next door to take on the additional space. Lamonde Automation took occupation of their second unit in September and are able to move out of a local storage facility to fully occupy the one site at Lloyds Court.
“Lamonde Automation wanted to consolidate their operation to one site and we may have lost them had this opportunity not arisen for them. We are very pleased to be able to assist a tenant with their growth” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties.
