We are very pleased to welcome Yunex to Third Way Corner in Avonmouth. Yunex Traffic are part of the Siemens group and operate in the field of traffic management, infrastructure and transport solutions.
Yunex have taken an 8 year lease of the 7,380 sq.ft. industrial unit. “The letting to Yunex is great news, we experienced no void after the last occupier and we have been able to increase the rents on the Estate with this new letting” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties.
