Rents Continue to Rise at Lloyds Court, Crawley

Croudace Properties has recently completed two new lettings at Lloyds Court, Crawley, setting a new record rent for the estate in the process.

Aerosino, an American x-ray machine specialist, has taken unit C12 that provides 1,114 sqft.

Meanwhile, Rapidcare, a medical supplies company, has taken unit C15 that provides 3,084 sqft.

Both new lettings are for 5 year terms, and show rent increases of 15% more than the outgoing tenants.

At the same time, rent reviews have been agreed at units A4 and B6, producing increases of approximately 20%.

“The severe imbalance between demand and supply, particularly for well-maintained smaller units, is leading to new record rents”, said Aaron Glover of Croudace Properties. “The rent review increases are particularly pleasing as negotiations were set against the threat of break options. The quality of the well-maintained estate, however, has helped keep retention rates extremely high”.
