Croudace Properties are pleased to welcome two new tenants to Cavendish House, Birmingham.
National law Firm Harper James has taken a refurbished 2nd floor suite of approximately 668 sq ft, whilst national architect firm Bond Bryan LLP has taken a refurbished 2nd floor suite of 910 sq ft.
Both tenants have moved to Cavendish House from nearby Serviced Offices. The lettings follow the opening of newly created tenant communal space at the building, offering all occupiers breakout facilities, as well as meeting rooms.
“We are delighted to welcome Bond Bryan and Harper James to Cavendish House”, says Aaron Glover of Croudace Properties. “Both tenants were attracted by the opportunity to upgrade into quality refurbished offices, with communal meeting room and break out facilities, at a significantly lower cost than traditional serviced offices”.
The building provides in excess of 28,000 sq ft over 8 floors. A handful of refurbished, open plan suites are available to let. The smaller suites in particular are ‘plug and play’ and available on flexible terms, ready for tenants looking for space that is affordable and ready to go.
