Planning Consent Gained at Carter Lane London EC4

APRIL 2016

Croudace Properties has been granted consent by the City of London for a two storey extension at 71-73 Carter Lane EC4.

When implemented, the new 4th and 5th floors will add 2,600 sq ft of Grade A offices with roof terrace to the existing 14,000 sq ft property.

Neil Scott of Croudace explained ‘’This is something for the future as the property is currently let and already provides good quality air conditioned offices and a good return on our investment.

“However we are very pleased to have gained this valuable planning permission as the property is in a conservation area and is adjacent to two ancient churchyards. Ben Adams Architects produced an excellent design that is sensitive to the historic location.”

“In due course, we will look to implement the consent at the same time as completely refurbishing the existing building’’.
