Croudace Properties has owned a 1930s retail parade in Eastcote, Middlesex for over 20 years. The parade of 12 retail premises with two-storey maisonettes above, has consistently remained fully let with a range of national and local occupiers. Rents have risen steadily over the years and we are pleased to confirm that following a busy year in 2016, with the completion of two lease renewals and two rent reviews, we now have reached a new record zone A rent.
