Croudace Properties has sold a 2 acre site on its Barnwood Point Estate to Pendragon plc, the UK’s leading automotive retailer. The result will be an Evans Halshaw car dealership immediately next to the busiest roundabout on the main route into Gloucester City centre. It is planned to open at the end of 2016.
“We have been looking for a quality roadside use for this prominent site for several years,” said John Cook of Croudace Properties. “We have had approaches before but have been waiting for a user with the right profile. This location is perfect for the car dealership and this in turn will raise the profile of Barnwood Point, emphasising its fantastic roadside location.”
