Croudace Properties was excited to see the erection of a local landmark at the entrance to its commercial estate at Barnwood Point in June 2018. The 13 metre high steel structure is clad in weathering steel that naturally develops an orange rusted finish, similar to the Angel of the North. The estate name, Barnwood Point, is cut out of the steel showing dark lettering in the day and illuminated letters at night. The totem is easily visible when travelling from either direction along the busy A417, Corinium Avenue.
“We are very pleased with the striking appearance of the totem“ said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties, “it is a piece of art as well as signage for the estate”.
