Croudace Properties has sold the freehold of a small retail parade in Lowestoft by auction to a private investor.
The fully-let block contains three retail units, let in part to Haart estate Agents and Tui Travel, with offices and residential accommodation above within Lowestoft Town Centre.
“This sale brings us close to the end of our program of selling small, legacy stock within the portfolio”, Aaron Glover of Croudace Properties explains. “We chose the auction route as investor appetite remains strong, particularly for retail investments and those with PDR angles”.
