The sale of this centrally located 43,000 sq ft office building has been completed.
Neil Scott, Director of Croudace Properties, reports "We bought the property with the intention of bringing new life to it with a change of use and/or further investment in a development or refurbishment. We were able to take advantage of new planning rules that made change from offices to residential use on the upper floors more easily achieved. Having gained permission to create 27 flats out of the unused and dilapidated first and second floors, we have been able to sell to a specialist residential developer at a satisfactory price".
