Croudace Properties has commenced works at Queens Road, Reading with what will be a comprehensive overhaul of this 1980s, 15,000 sq ft office building.
The building is being stripped back to the structure and the WC areas completely reconfigured. The exceptionally light open plan floor plates will subsequently offer:
New VRF heating and cooling system
New raised access floors
New metal suspended ceilings
New energy efficient lighting with PIR controls
New security access system
New WC and shower facilities to each floor
New double glazed windows
Double height feature entrance lobby
Fit-Out specialist Overbury plc are carrying out the works on behalf of Croudace.
