Croudace Properties has completed the letting of the recently refurbished first floor offices at Chiswick Gate to Verisure, a high-tech home security company. Verisure are a Swedish company and the location of their first UK office was of upmost importance to the creation of their new client base.
“The refurbishment of the first floor enabled us to raise the profile of the building and to attract a good quality tenant. Verisure are completing their occupation with a high grade fit-out that further enhances the building” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “We have set a record headline rent for the property reflecting the strength of the Chiswick market”.
“Chiswick Gate has been a very successful investment for us. We have committed investment to completely upgrade all of the common parts and facilities. We have renewed leases with three tenants at much better rents and the record Verisure letting now completes the story”.
