Croudace Properties has completed a five year letting of 2.4 Barnwood Point, Gloucester to an internet car warehouse company called 1st Southern. All sales are carried out via their website www.1stsouthern.co.uk and the unit is used as a showroom. 1st Southern sell quality used cars and claim to be the cheapest on the internet with customers travelling considerable distances to view the merchandise.
Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties said “We are extremely pleased to have completed another letting in building 2 and this now only leaves one unit available to let. 1st Southern are a different type of use for the Estate, which brings a new type of visitor and helps to further put Barnwood Point on the map”.
