Croudace Properties has recently completed works providing brand new communal facilities at Cavendish House, Birmingham.
A bespoke new ‘Tenants Lounge’ has been created, fitted with kitchen facilities, soft seating and poser desks.
In addition, a new ‘Tenants’ Quiet Space’ has been created, with a privacy sofas and a bookable 10 person meeting room, complete with large screen TV.
High speed Wifi is fitted throughout the areas, allowing the occupiers to log on and work from there.

The building provides in excess of 28,000 sq ft over 8 floors. A handful of refurbished, open plan suites are available to let. The smaller suites in particular are ‘plug and play’ and available on flexible terms, ready for tenants looking for space that is affordable and ready to go.
