Valuable Planning Consents Secured in Oxford City Centre

Croudace Properties is delighted to have achieved two planning consents for the expansion of Oxenford House, Magdalen Street, Oxford.

 

Applications were submitted in 2023 for an extension of the building upwards and changes of use for both prime, grade A office accommodation and a 58 room student accommodation scheme.

 

“We’re delighted with the culmination of a lot of hard work securing these planning consents” said Aaron Glover, Director of Croudace Properties.  “The design of each development is sympathetic to the original 1960’s construction, as well as the historic location and surrounding buildings.  Student Accommodation in Oxford is in very short supply, and the office occupier market over recent years here has boomed for this absolutely prime location.”
