Valuable Planning Consents Secured in Oxford City Centre

Croudace Properties is delighted to have achieved two planning consents for the expansion of Oxenford House, Magdalen Street, Oxford.


Applications were submitted in 2023 for an extension of the building upwards and changes of use for both prime, grade A office accommodation and a 58 room student accommodation scheme.
