We are pleased to confirm the sale of a vacant gym and swimming pool unit on Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham to a local self-storage company.
The gym operation at Tewksbury Road, Cheltenham closed its doors in November 2022. The swimming pool was emptied and all the gym equipment removed. Croudace Properties have now sold the freehold of the unit but retained the adjoining property let to Bristol Street Motors (Ford).
