Croudace Properties has completed the sale of the Maybrook Business Park, Minworth, West Midlands to Canmoor / Invista.
The estate provides in excess of 260,000 sq ft of predominantly refurbished industrial / trade counter accommodation, with 36 tenants, including DHL, the NHS, Edmundson Electrical and Speedy Hire. A significant amount of letting activity had taken place at the estate through 2009 and 2010.
