During the summer of 2021 Croudace Properties split the vacant ground floor office into two suites measuring 1,896 sq.ft. and 3,959 sq.ft. and installed kitchen and break out areas to each one. At the same time the reception area was redecorated and refurbished with new furniture for the building occupiers to use.
The new suites enable prospective tenants to both immediately visualise how they will use the space and also to move in with minimal personal fit out required. The ground floor suites also benefit from two electric vehicle charging points each, which has proved to be another great selling point.
Magus Wealth were quick to snap up the smaller of the two suites with a new lease commencing in September 2021.
