Croudace Properties has sold the office investment Chiswick Gate to an international property investment company.
During Croudace Properties’ four years of ownership the common parts and the first floor offices have been completely refurbished, the first floor has subsequently been let to a new tenant and the remaining three leases have been renewed at top market rents. This short period of intense activity enabled the Company to achieve an excellent profit from the proceeds of the sale.
"It has been exciting to see this office building rejuvenated over the last few years" said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. "The income has increased as a result of our works and produced a sound investment for the new owner. The improvements made to the building and its management have also left satisfied tenants."
