Croudace Properties has completed a five year letting of 1 Third Way Corner, Avonmouth to Eurocell Building Plastics Limited. Established in 1974, Eurocell is the UK’s market-leading UPVC profile manufacturer and distributor of windows, doors, conservatories and roofline plastics . The distribution side of the company consists of over 130 branches nationwide. Eurocell had a requirement for a new trade counter in the south-west and were very quick to identify Unit 1 as meeting their criteria. From initial viewing in January the lease was completed just five weeks later.
"Unit 1 is in a prominent position on the corner of St Andrew’s Road and is the perfect location for a trade counter use” said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “We are extremely pleased that Eurocell has also identified this location to expand its coverage and we look forward to the completion of the fit out and the branch opening".
