Croudace Properties has completed the sale of an Iceland unit, High Street, Sittingbourne, Kent by way of Auction.
The sale price achieved for the two storey, freehold, end of terrace retail unit far exceeded expectations as local investors drove the bidding to a significant level.
The disposal continues the process of selling non-core assets.
