Croudace Properties has completed the sale of Maybrook House, Halesowen, to a private local investor.
The building comprises circa 36,000 sq ft of town centre space, and includes the Job Centre as one of its tenants. The building was constructed by the Company in the 1980’s and the disposal concludes the Company’s planned withdrawal from the West Midlands.
