Croudace Properties are delighted to secure a new letting of a 6,100 square foot trade counter unit at Barnwood Point, Gloucester. When the previous tenant went into liquidation in November 2020, early interest in the unit was received and a letting was quickly agreed with Alliance Automotive, a major player in the auto spares sector.
