Industrial Rents Continue to Rise in Avonmouth

Avonmouth is thriving as a location; industrial and warehouse investment and development continues to be very active.  We are delighted that this has been reflected in a rent review with a long-standing tenant at Third Way Corner, with a headline rent increase of over 30%.  This recent review has reinforced the rental levels being achieved at our estate and we are delighted with how this upholds our property value.
