Long standing tenant Gloucester Engineering Training have expanded their training college facility at Barnwood Point, Gloucester.
GET are a specialist, award winning, charity providing work-based training and learning in engineering. Following letting of an additional unit on the estate GET now occupy nearly 30,000 sq ft of warehouse/office and an additional 0.5 acre car park site.
“GET first came to us back in 2011. This was a big move for them at the time, expanding into purpose built accommodation to assist in ambitious growth plans”, said Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “We have been delighted to assisted in their further growth and expansion over the years, culminating in another large letting to them, and cementing them to Barnwood Point for at least another decade.”
