Croudace Properties are delighted to welcome new tenant Fast Signs Crawley to Lloyds Court.
The national franchise signage company has expanded from nearby premises on Manor Royal, taking this workshop space on a new 10 year lease. The letting involved a simultaneous surrender of an existing lease, allowing the previous occupier in turn to expand elsewhere.
“We are delighted to welcome Fast Signs to Lloyds Court”, says Aaron Glover of Croudace Properties. “Fast Signs have been on Manor Royal for the last 15 years or so and needed better, larger, premises in order to cater for their continued expansion”.
Lloyds Court provides in excess of 51,000 sqft of space within numerous types of units; office space, workshop and warehousing.
