BUPA Occupational Health have taken a new lease of the 3,962 sq. ft. ground floor east suite in Endeavour House to open a private health care clinic facility. The clinic is for private health consultations by appointment only. An extensive fit out programme for the suite will create a client reception area, client W.C. and shower facilities, consultation rooms and staff offices and break out areas. An existing rear access door to the suite will become the main client entrance, served by a ramp access and electric powered doors.
“We are thrilled to be chosen as the base for a new BUPA clinic and welcome this alternative use to the building. Clients will remain separate from the other office occupiers and the two uses will work seamlessly alongside each other”, says Alison Skelly of Croudace Properties. “BUPA are investing a substantial sum into their fit out which is to an extremely high standard”.
