After over 6 years as an excellent tenant in the Cotswold Building, Kohler Mira will be vacating in March 2021 to relocate to Worcester Six Business Park. Their new purpose-built environmentally friendly facility has been in construction since 2019 and is now reaching completion of its fit out. Kohler explain “The new development is a result of both an increase in customer demand and the need to meet future business requirements, and makes us more agile and flexible to consumer needs”.
We are delighted to have already secured a new letting of Kohler’s space in the Cotswold Building to new tenant, Pooky Lighting, as from April 2021. Pooky are currently based in several buildings in Andoversford and are looking forward to coming together within one unit with plenty of room for future growth and expansion.
Alison Skelly from Croudace Properties comments, “We are thrilled to have the new letting to Pooky Lighting lined up for April with no vacancy period between tenants. The space is going to work really well for them and provide the space they need for their continuing expansion. A first floor warehouse accessed by a ramp is fairly unusual, but completely workable as Kohler Mira have demonstrated. We wish Kohler well in their new premises and their future development”.
